Morgan McKeown

Paulette Swazi 2015Morgan McKeown spent has spent over 15 years working directly with youth and leading mission trips all over the world. Her passion for Swaziland started in 2007 when she had the opportunity to work there while on the World Race, a missions trip where participants travel to 11 countries in 11 months.

Morgan has traveled to Swaziland seven times and even had the opportunity to walk 122 miles across the country. She is currently working full time at developing Orphan for a Day, which is a perfect outlet for her two greatest passions, missions and youth.

No stranger to the nonprofit world, in In 2008 Morgan and her sister Molly founded a relational homeless outreach called Fill-A-Belly.  They had no idea that bringing a few sack dinners to the homeless in their community would lead to a starting a nonprofit and empowering thousands of volunteers to feed over 200 people weekly in North County San Diego.

Her life verse is Proverbs 31:8-9 “Speak up for those who cannot speak up for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.  Speak up and judge fairly, defend the rights of the poor and needy.”  She loves championing those overlooked by our society, AIDS Orphans, students, refugees and the Homeless.
